The ive of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers for the establishment of a multi-party work agreement consisting of 9 work members for the provision of technical advisory support services for domestic retrofit programmes.

The experts on the panel may be called on to assist with the development and delivery of the domestic energy retrofit programmes. The assistance will consist of the provision of technical advisory support services on a wide range of technical topics and policies as outlined in Section 3 Requirements and Specification of the Request for Tender..
