The competition consists of six (6) Lots for works/services under €1m:
1) Lot 1: Contractor's work
2) Lot 2: Architectural Consultancy Services
3) Lot 3: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer Consultancy Services
4) Lot 4: Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services
5) Lot 5: Fire Safety Consultancy Services
6) Lot 6: Assigned Certifier Services
Candidates should note that only Lot 1 is a multi operator work agreement with maximum five economic operators; the other Lots are single operator works with a maximum of one economic operator.
