Design, fabrication and provision of a Steel-d Temporary Prefabricated Classroom Accommodation [NZEB Compliant] for a two-year rental period. Works to include all associated civils works, fabrication/delivery/erection and commissioning of classrooms, rental period, decommissioning and removal of classrooms on completion of rental period. Works will include reinstatement of the existing site and car park on completion.
The works will be carried within an existing live school complex.
The Gross Internal Floor Area of the Classroom Block is 105m2.
The Rental Period for the Prefabricated Classroom Block is 2 Years.
The Temporary Prefabricated Classroom Block is required to be in use no later than 02nd November 2020.
