In certain circumstances witness evidence is taken in the form of a multimedia recording, to be played during tribunal proceedings such as crown court trials. The buyer’s require the provision of an ad-hoc editing service to provide amended/redacted versions of these recordings.
Source material may be provided to the supplier in a number of formats including, but not limited to:
— DVD,
— Blu-ray,
— USB flash drive or other portable storage devices.
The supplier shall edit recordings in accordance with the requirements set out by the buyer. Editing instructions may be provided in a number of forms, including typed trans that accompany the recordings.
