The contracting entity intends to establish a work arrangement under which it shall appoint an economic operator to enter into a work agreement for the provision of digital services.
A work agreement will be awarded for a period of three (3) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the contracting entity and subject to the terms of the work agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to two (2) years, with a total potential duration of five (5) years.
The contracting entity estimates that the total spend under the work agreement, d on current requirements for the contract period of 5 years is: GBP 395 000.
