This ITT has been issued for the purposes of obtaining proposals from suppliers for the procurement of IT End User Devices. This ITT will result in the setting up of a work contract with up to four suppliers under each lot, which will be invited to compete for future purchases of similar types of equipment to those specified in Annex 1 of the ITT document. The initial work will be for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. ECMWF may reopen the competition at a later date to add additional suppliers to the work on the same conditions. Tenderers may elect to tender for Lot 1, Lot 2 or for both lots. For the avoidance of doubt, ECMWF shall be permitted to award a contract for one or for both lots on the basis of the tenders submitted.
