Scarborough Borough Council would like to commission a collaborative piece of work to crystallise the vision and develop a number of key elements that will define the distinctiveness of Scarborough and develop a broad range of transformational branding and reputational strategies that will reposition Scarborough as a great destination to visit, live, work and invest which are strong and can be shared and used by all stakeholders of the Town.
