Appoint an Architecturally led design team to transform and regenerate 235m of Ulster Canal stretch, from the Convent Lake to the Town Centre, introducing biodiversity and natural regeneration, augmented by treatment of canal banks and boundaries, complimenting the adjacent greenway and the introduction of a feature to regenerate the area.
