| 项目信息详述 |
Waterford Institute of Technology manages its Governance, Strategic Planning, Compliance, Risk and GDPR functions in line with the THEA Code of Governance for Institutes of Technology, existing statutory and legal obligations and relevant regulations. In accordance with Section 21C of the IOT Act, 1992 to 2006, the Institute is required to develop a strategic plan, such plans set the ives, goals and relevant indicators and targets against which performance can be clearly measured. Presently many of the associated processes are performed manually utilising a variety of disparate tools such as MS Word, One Drive and MS Excel.
As part of WIT’s continuous improvement program, an opportunity now exists to implement a software solution which will deliver a single, unified platform capable of delivering the necessary tools, not only to provide the required functionality, but also to help drive and improve a best practice culture around Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning, Risk and Compliance across the organisation. The system is required to facilitate the Institute’s ongoing Strategic Planning process. The solution should allow for integrated target setting and reporting on the Institute’s Strategic Plan, Risk Register, Performance Compact (with the HEA), and other institutional processes (including, for instance, if desirable, the Institutional Review and School-level quality reviews).
The term of the contract will run for two (2) years. The Client reserves the right, at its discretion, to extend the term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions on the same terms & conditions, subject to the Clients obligations at law. The term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
