This is a call to competition by AN POST for the Creation of a Single Party work for an Audio Visual Solution, Support & Maintenance (the “Contract”). 

This could include but not limited to a new An Post Headquarters (referred to below as the Site), Mails Centres and Regional Offices.  

• Supply of Audio Visual Software and Hardware. 

• Installation commissioning and testing of Audio-Visual environments

• Meeting room booking system to integrate with (Office 365, Teams)

• Supply of CMS platform for single communication 

• Support and Maintenance services for all purposed solutions. 

• Solution capability to manage meeting room environment

• Training for end users on Audio Visual solution

Support and maintenance will be required for the equipment for the duration of the contract (3 years)

The Contract the subject of this competition is a work for An Post the Creation of a Single Party work for an Audio Visual Solution, Support & Maintenance for 3 years   with an option to extend by up to a maximum of a further 2 years at AN POST’s discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
