Tipperary Education and Training Board (the Contracting Authority) wishes to expand its Further Education & Training (FET) programmes in Nenagh town centre Co. Tipperary. To achieve this ive, it is proposed to lease suitable building facilities, which can accommodate the brief requirements as specified in this notice. The Contracting Authority is now seeking s of interest from economic operators who wish to propose solutions to provide suitable facilities to meet this ive. The economic operators will be required to identify and secure a suitable site/building, design, build, finance, operate and maintain the completed FET facilities.
