The Crawford Art Gallery is seeking to establish a Single-Party work Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for the Redevelopment of the Gallery and surrounding areas. The design team will comprise the following principle disciplines:
- Architectural Design including design team lead
- Civil & Structural Engineering
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Landscape Architect
- Conservation Architect
- Project Management
- Planning Consultant
- Archaeological Consultant
- PSDP services
- BREEAM Consultant or equivalent
- LEED Consultant
- Assigned Certifier
- Design Certifier
- Fire Safety Consultant
- DAC Consultancy
- Other Ancillary Services as required
