This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) only and not a call for competition – a call, or calls, for competition may be made early in 2021. 

The Office of Government Procurement, as a central purchasing body, intends to invite tenders from economic operators for appointment to a multi-supplier work agreement(s) to replace its existing multi-supplier work for the provision of External ICT Technical Support which is due to expire during 2021.

It is likely that two separate calls for competition will be made: 1) for the provision of teams (i.e. multiple resources) of technical ICT roles/resources to provide ICT projects/support services and 2) for the provision of individual ICT technical roles/resources on an ad-hoc basis to provide ICT Technical Support.

The services may include but are not limited to the provision of skilled ICT resources for; ICT Infrastructure and Operations Support; Helpdesk and Field/Desktop Support; Applications Development, Management and Support; Business Intelligence and Analytics Services and Support; Cyber Security Services; and associated ICT services.

This PIN is being made, to inform the market of potential works or contracts, by way of information only. It does not constitute an offer or commitment to enter into a work Agreement and/or any contract. Details of individual procurements pursuant to this notice will be advertised as separate notices in due course. 

The Office of Government Procurement does not seek or require a response to this PIN.
