The Legal Aid Agency (“LAA”) is inviting Applicants to submit a Tender for a 2021 Immigration Telephone Advice Contract (“ITA Contract” or “Contract”) to provide Immigration Telephone Advice (“ITA”) Services from 1 June 2021.

The LAA is seeking to award a total of two (2) ITA Contracts of equal size to two separate organisations.

Applicants wishing to deliver ITA Services under an ITA Contract must submit a response to the Selection Questionnaire (“SQ”) for this procurement process and the ITA Invitation To Tender ("ITT").
