⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OKUGAWA Yoichi, Director, Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, House of Representatives

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : Inspection and maintenance of office telephone switchboard equipment

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Eligible to participate in the proposed tender are suppliers who :
① do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; this stipulation is waived for minors or other persons under the supervision of a guardian or assistant, provided that they have the supervising person's consent to enter into a contract ;
② do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ are classified as Grade A or B in offer of services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders invited by the House of Representatives (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) by the Kanto Koshinetsu Area for the purpose of procurement in fiscal 2019, 2020 and 2021
④ have not had their designated contractor status suspended by the House of Representatives
⑤ carried out a contract or contracts of digital telephone switching maintenance with an attendant console of 2,000 lines between 1 April 2010 and 31 March 2020
⑥ have received ISMS/ISO/IEC27001 (international) or JIS Q27001 (domestic) certification, or Privacy Mark license
⑦ assign at site engineers who have undergone installation training by the manufacturers of the office telephone switchboard equipment and can provide the manufacturers' certification that they have completed their training
