⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : EGUTI Keizo, Superintendent, Japan Coast Guard School.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 16
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be Leased : Aset of navigation training equipment License.
⑷ Lease period : 31, March, 2026.
⑸ Lease place : The Japan Coast Guard School.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, people under conservatorship or people under assistance that have obtained a consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Offer of service" in Kinki area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ not to be suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
