Gloucestershire County Council (“GCC”) is looking to expand provision of Lateral flow testing (LFD) to pharmacies within Gloucestershire. We are seeking a partner organisation to manage this on our behalf. This exercise will help us to: • Develop our requirements specification. • Understand the market’s ability to deliver to these requirements • Assess market capacity and flexibility • Understand the attractiveness of this opportunity to potential providers. • Assess the potential level of interest in bidding for this contract.
