⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase
⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Provide a high speed and stable connection to Tohoku University Academic Advanced Information Network System (TAINS) via Tohoku University Hospital from Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo).
B Provide high speed and stable connections between Tohoku Medical Megabank Building and Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization in Tohoku University School of Medicine Building 6.
C Maintain network connectivity and provide a high-speed and stable network for ToMMo supercomputer and various servers etc.
D Provide a high-speed and stable network for more than 300 users and an environment for flexible operation and management of the both wired and wireless networks.
E Maintain logical network configuration and provide multiple segments which differ in security level and an environment for flexible operation and management of these segments.
F Realize high security for blocking unauthorized access and attack in connection among network segments.
G The network system should be highly reliable with enough redundancy to maintain whole functions in 24 hours a day, regardless of failures of network equipment or a part of cables.
H Stable and incorporate advanced technology and make this network system able to operate efficiently and continuously.
I Provide the feasibility of an advanced operational support service for flexible operation depending on various situation.
