⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Digital Transformation (DX) platform that enhances URA activities 1 set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : ・The digital transformation platform (DXPF) is designed to digital-transform the research support activities of URAs for building joint researches across disciplines and institutions by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their functions through the collaboration of the participating universities of the Research University Consortium (RUC) ・The DXPF consists of three functions : ① a common platform function as a cloud service (SaaS) to and share the bibliographic data and data of each participating university and institution, ② a URA community function to visualize the activities of their URAs, and ③ a data connection function with the existing systems of each university and newly introduced or developed systems ・The system should be able to promote joint research across disciplines and institutions by ing researchers' data on themes related to social issues such as SDGs and COVID-19 that the orderer specifies ・The initial information of the researchers specified by the orderer shall be implemented with high-precision name identification for each researcher ・A search function for matching (search by researcher, theme, or keyword) must be implemented, and an automatic recommendation function using text mining must be provided ・The DXPF must be capable of handling user management, as it contains highly confidential information ・The DXPF should be able to propose a function that enables follow-up on the research activities of the matched research groups ・The DXPF should provides a digital platform to visualize the activities of the URAs of the participating universities in the RUC and enable them to collaborate in planning joint research ・The DXPF should be able to data with existing systems of RUC member institutions and newly introduced or developed systems ・The orderer should be able to manage and operate the DXPF ・The DXPF should be scalable to allow easy exchange of information with institusions other than the RUC member universiteis, as well as with comparnies and overseas instutisions |
