Legal services relating to childcare (including education welfare services, early year services, domestic violence applications and criminal matters related to the minor) for Co. Kerry. This is designed to cover the requirements that arise in relation to childcare legal services. Typical activity which arises will include but not necessarily be limited to; • Appearance in District, Circuit and Higher Courts to deal with complex and sensitive applications to protect minors including domestic violence and criminal matter; • Advising Tusla on complex and sensitive childcare cases • Advising on regulatory issues, risk management and codes of conduct • Brussels II bis Regulation and Hague Convention related matters • Prosecutions on behalf of Tusla including in the area of Educational Welfare Services and Early Years Services • Cost negotiations
