① Design and development : 31 March, 2022
② Software support : 30 June, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : under direction
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Following suppliers are not eligible to participate in the competition :
① come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice
② be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
③ be the company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation
・Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of "Rendering of service" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment of the fiscal year 2021 and 2022, in the East district, Urban Renaissance Agency.
② have the ISMS certification or the Privacy Mark Licence.
③ respond to attendance inspection in Japan.
④ have proven to have actually executed design and development works more than one in human resources information technology in the past 10 years.
⑤ About the observance of a contract of these works, elect a project management person in charge meeting all the next requirements.
a.Have passed the project manager examination conducted by IPA or have the qualification of PMP conducted by PMI.
b.Have the project management expe rience more than five years (60 months) in information technology.
⑥ About the observance of a contract of these works, elect an execution person in charge meeting all the next requirements.
a.Have the necessary skills and experience in each area of human resources information system design, development, migration and operation work.
b.Have the experience more than five years (60 months) in information technology.
