South Dublin County Council (SDCC) has a requirement to implement and support a new Delegate Conference and Audio-Visual System in the Council Chamber in County Hall. The system must provide microphone discussion, electronic voting and automatic camera control for 40 Councillors and 10 council officials. The system must be capable of integrating with Microsoft Teams and a third party avionic HD camera control systems for the purposes of web casting the proceedings. Any contract that may result from this Competition will be issued for a term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 4 years to cover maintenance of the equipment to be renewed annually.
