⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KODA Jun, Director General of Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance, and provision of cloud service of the Agricultural Water Use Stock Information Data system, 2021, 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From a contract date to 31 March, 2022
⑸ Fulfillment place : Tone River basin Research and Management Office, Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑤ regarding other competitive qualifications, it is d on the tender manual.
