⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Lease and maintenance of firewall, 1 set
⑷ Delivery period : by 30 June, 2021
⑸ Lease period : From 1 July, 2021 through 30 June, 2026
⑹ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation
⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in Kanto･Koushin'etsu region in the fiscal year, 2019, 2020, 2021.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be preive in.
⑥ have ISMS (Information Security Management System). Or establish building and using of Information Security Management System equal to ISMS in your company. In such a case, You submit documents such as particular evidence.
⑦ An assignee possess more than 5 cases of performance which offered the scale of system equal to or greater than the scale of this system. (Not including more than 5 cases performance which offered to the same organization).
⑧ It can be performed the corresponding by the Japanese.
⑨ That we have established a system that centrally can respond from the provision to maintenance and operation.
