⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the "sale of product" by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2019・2020・2021
③ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned
④ have proven to have prompt after sales service network and parts supply network
⑤ submit a quotation about the pre-bid price quote system.
⑥ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau during the time of tender opening from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
