⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : In this procurement, facilities will be developed to enable wireless network connections from each rooms of the main buildings of Okubo Campus in Saitama University to the "University network system" currently operated by the University. (Refer to the attached chart and the list of the Introduction Manual.) The outline of the "University network system" and the scope of the procurement is shown in Attachment 1 of the Introduction Manual.

A This system consists of a wireless LAN access point, a wireless LAN switch, software required for operation, and a license.

B A connection destination of each access point is constituted of the building accommodation network switch installed in each building and the floor switch for each floor. Each building accommodation switch is connected to a 10G accommodation switch connected to an existing trunk switch. The connection of the building accommodation network switch and the floor switch to the wired network should also be considered.

C The system must operate and manage efficiently and be secure.

D To provide a sufficient maintenance system for preventing a system failure and a quick support system in the event of a failure. A single point of contact is required.
