SLPC is currently reviewing its IT Systems to ensure that they are fit for purpose to deliver the organisation’s strategy. This review has identified the need to overhaul and simplify its IT systems and architecture. Specifically, it intends to adopt a cloud-first policy to support its stated aim of supporting remote working and reducing dependence on paper files. SLPC is headquartered on Cleveragh road Sligo, it also has offices in Ballymote and Tubbercurry, and staff avail of remote working on a regular basis.

SLPC now wishes to procure a cloud-d solution to provide an integrated suite of software packages d on the Microsoft platform to support the organisation’s effective and efficient operation. The proposed solution should be appropriate to the nature, size and scope of the organisation, details of which can be found at www.sligoleader.ie.
In addition to the software solution itself, responses should include a proposed training and implementation (including product deployment) plan. The solution that will be selected must be a secure, easy to use self-service, web-d portal that will be accessed from both within the SLPC internal network and from remote internet-d locations. Where possible, the solution should be integrated with other software in use by SLPC.
