② have Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the "manufacture of product" or "sale of product" by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2019・2020・2021
③ have proven to have actually Production or Installation or Construction the products concerned of the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau during the time of tender opening from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
