⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A This system is designed to renew the basic network facilities of Fukushima University, increase the number of wireless LAN access points, and strengthen the authentication infrastructure, while maintaining consistency with the various systems within the university d on the existing authentication infrastructure.
B This system shall construct a trunk network compliant with IEEE802.3 using this procured item and existing optical cables and other infrastructure separately provided by Fukushima University.
C This system should be able to flexibly construct logical configurations separately from physical configurations.
D This system shall be connected to the existing branch line LAN.
E The number of components shall be reduced as much as possible in the configuration of this system.
F The system shall be highly reliable and capable of stable, all-day continuous operation for a long period of time. In addition, the operation and management of the system shall be labor-saving and energy-saving.
G The provider of this system shall be able to respond to repairs and other situations so that functions can be recovered quickly in the event of a failure. In addition, the system provider shall provide sufficient support for initial setup at the time of delivery and for operation after delivery.
H The system shall have sufficient security functions and performance to cope with unauthorized access.
