⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMASAKI Fusanaga Director General and College of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Personal computers' lease and related maintenance 1 set.
⑷ Lease period : From 1 January, 2022 through 31 December, 2025
⑸ Lease place : As in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have grade A on "provision of services" in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
③ not be under suspension of nomination by College of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
④ have proven to have actually or delivered the products and service concerned or the products and service with performance similar to that of the products and service concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering
⑥ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑦ other details, by the tender documentation
⑧ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
