③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganizatin proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitaion proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)

④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusu Regional Development Bureau from time limit for the submission of applicaion forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening

⑤ be the person who proved that there is a performance in the bid manual

⑥ place technician who has qualification in the bid manual

⑦ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance in the bid manual for the products

⑧ have a business certification qualfication of information security managment system (ISMS)

⑨ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system
