⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
⒜ not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Audi-ting and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

⒞ have Grade A to D level of interest in Manufacturing in Kanto・Koshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Mini-stry of Land, Infrastructure Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2019・2020・2021.
⒟ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⒠ not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastruc-ture, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
