⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Mr. Kazushige Nobutani, President, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cyber security inspection survey for overseas offices and support for building cyber security work 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of agreement through 31 March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : as specified in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 12 of the Internal Rules and Regulations for Contracting, and also
② have the Grade A qualification in "offer of services" for participating in tenders by JETRO in the Fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021, or
③ have the Grade A qualification in "offer of services" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the Fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021, and also
④ have the certification of ISMS (Information Security Management System).
