⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nobuhiro Nagata Director General of Kansai Branch, West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 2 Units of High Pressure Sprinkler Truck.
⑷ Delivery period : 270 days from the next day of the contract day.
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ submit manufacturing specifications and other relevant documents made in accordance with the specifications presented by the Company, which proves the products manufactured d on that have performance and functions capable of meeting the purpose of use which the Company shows,
④ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned for public facilities such as expressway, toll road, railway, airport after 2016 fiscal year,
⑤ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned,
