⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : AMANO Kunihiko Director General of National Institute for Land Infrastructure Management
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Manufacturing of the Multi-directional random wave generator 1 Set
⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of the contract conclusion to 18 March, 2022.
⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation.

⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1 )not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
2 )have Grade A or B or C or D on "Manufacturing of products" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
3 )not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of National Institute for Land Infrastructure Management from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
4 )The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
5 )not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
6 ) have an actual result of "manufacturing, or improvement of Multi-directional random wave generator" that was implemented after 2000.
