⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KODA Jun, Director General of Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : Personal Computer 570 sets
⑷ Lease period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2025
⑸ Lease place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have the Grade "A" or "B" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021,
④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after sales service and maintenance for the procured products,
⑤ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc,
⑥ prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 10 : 30 A.M., 29 Jun, 2021 (tenders submitted by mail : 5 : 00 P.M., 28 Jun, 2021)
