⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A Online video communication must be possible. To ensure smooth converation, the time lag between the facility side and the subject side should be kept to minimun.
B Data gathered through online video communication can be recorded and stored in a cloud-d server.
C Clinical information can be entered through a web browser and stored in the cloud-d server.
D Online video communication data and cloud data storage can be ed to applications that enable electronic acquisition of clinical information using tablet devices, etc. The API specifications for the system must also be publishable.
E The data system has adequate security for the handling of medical information (e.g. HIPAA compliance).
F Users must be able to access and retrieve data stored in the cloud server, and must be able to set access permissions.
G Training on how to use the system should be provided to facilities participating in the project. After-sales support and maintenance should also be available.
H The system must have sufficient functional expandability, including age with EDC functions.
