INVITATION TO RE-BID

“DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GRANDSTAND TO BE LOCATED AT THE CAPITOL COMPOUND, NATIONAL HIGHWAY, KALAWAG II, ISULAN, SULTAN KUDARAT”

The Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat has obtained a loan from the Landbank of the Philippines and intends to construct a Grandstand to be located at the Provincial Capitol, National Highway, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat

Item Deion: Lot I – Construction of Grandstand (Design and Build Scheme)

Approved Budget for the Contract: Ᵽ 90,000,000.00

Project Duration: 585 CD

Cost of Bidding Documents: Ᵽ 25,000.00

The PGSK now invites sealed bids for the above-mentioned project. The project duration is Five Hundred Eighty-five (585) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project equivalent to 50% of the ABC. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents and be d on the provisions of Annex G of RA 9184 IRR.

Bidding will be conducted through Public Bidding procedures as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/Sole proprietorships, Cooperatives, and partnership or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Sec. 27.2 of RA 9184 IRR.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late Bids shall not be accepted.

4. Opening of Bids - May 11, 2021, 10:00 o’clock A.M., BAC Office

The PGSK reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sec. 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR as amended, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
