INVITATION TO BID

The Municipal Government of San Narciso, Quezon through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites registered suppliers with DTI, Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS, if found eligible, to bid or the hereunder contract:

Name of Contract : Supply and Delivery of Information Technology Equipment

Location: LGU-San Narciso, Quezon

Approved Budget For the Contract (ABC): Php 1,080,000.00

Contract Duration : 30 days

Prospective supplier should possess a valid DTI License, Mayor’s Permit , PhilGEPS Registered, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The documents required in the eligibility documents shall be submitted as part of the technical documents of the supplier as provided in the Instructions to bidders. Eligibility/Technical and Financial documents must be book bound respectively. Any document submitted not book bound shall be rejected outright.

Interested supplier may obtain further information for the Local Government Unit of San Narciso, Quezon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during from 8:00am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays.

Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested suppliers on April 20, 2021 until 12:00 noon of May 10, 2021 from the address below and upon payment of non- refundable fee for bidding documents in the amount of Php 5,000.00 at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, San Narciso, Quezon.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 10, 2021 @ 12:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by the bid security in any of the acceptable form and in the amount stated in ITB.

Pre-Bid Conference will be on April 28, 2021 @ 2:00 pm at the Mayor’s Office Conference Hall, San Narciso, Quezon.

Bid opening shall be on May 10, 2021 @ 2:00 pm at the Mayor’s Office Conference Hall, San Narciso, Quezon. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late bidders shall not be accepted.

The Local Government Unit of San Narciso, Quezon reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.

The Local Government Unit of San Narciso, Quezon assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnity bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
