⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A or B or C or D on "manufacturing of products" or "selling of products" in Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Okinawa General Bureau, from Time-limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Cabinet office is continuing state concerned.
⑤ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned of the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned after 2006.
⑥ have proven to have prepared a system to provide after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned.
