⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : DOI Hirotsugu Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : 2021-2025 Client-PC by lease 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of contract day through 28 February, 2026
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation.
⑹ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system

⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1 )not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
2 )have Grade A or B on "provision of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
3 )not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
4 )not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
5 )The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
6 )Service performance after 2006 : as in the tender documentation.
7 )Securing maintenance system : as in the tender documentation.
8 )Requirements for participating with a third party : as in the tender documentation.
9 )Satisfy the equipment specifications shown in the special specifications
