The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources 6, through the FY 2021 General Appropriations Act 11518 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos & 13/100 (P 24,575,192.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement Of Various Agricultural Inputs for Fishing Gear/Paraphernalia Distribution, Post-Harvest Projects and Technology Demonstration Projects of BFAR 6 For CY 2021.

Submission of Bids is per Lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC per LOT shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources 6 now invites bids for the Procurement Of Various Agricultural Inputs for Fishing Gear/Paraphernalia Distribution, Post-Harvest Projects and Technology Demonstration Projects of BFAR 6 For CY 2021.

Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the procurement activity given below and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount stated above. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), provided that Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
