⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
① Registration and use of cardiovascular disease information from about 2000 medical institutions in Japan
② Management and use registered data by the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center
③ The system configuration should be d on the cloud service, and its data must be stored and processed in domestic data center in Japan
④ This system has a high level of information security as a system that handles medical information record with real patient's names
⑤ Medical institutions register data secure using existing devices
⑥ Prepare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Web applications to manage system, to refer/use/maintain data, and to export data for secondary use
⑦ User accounts and system authentications should be centrally managed and should be integrated
⑧ Automatically or Manually identified patient by registered data
⑨ This system anonymize data which can be re-identified by reference , and its table be stored in secure
⑩ Equip maintenance function before data import other existing registries, DPC (Diagnosis Procedure Combination) and receipt data
⑪ Operational log, system accesses log and network connections log need to be retained for more than 1 year
⑫ This data saves medical consent form and manage its consent status
⑬ Other component required to be realized this system
