The Local Government Unit of Monreal, Masbate through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to bid for the hereunder procurement of goods:
Contract Name : Purchase of School Information & Technology Equipment and Supplies
Source of Fund : Special Education Fund (SEF) 2019 & 2020
Brief Deion : Supply & Delivery of Two (2) Units Risograph Machine and Bond Papers
Contract Location : Monreal, Masbate
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 442,316.00
Lot 1: Php 442,316.00
Delivery Schedule : 25 C.D.
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar procurement in the last five (5) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed procurement for bidding. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders at the BAC Secretariat Office of the Municipality of Monreal, Province of Masbate, starting April 16, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Php 500.00.
Bids must be delivered on or before May 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the 2nd Floor, Executive-Legislative Building, Monreal, Masbate. All bids must be accompanied by a valid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The LGU-BAC of Monreal, Masbate reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
