NRCP Invites PhilGEPS registered Consultant for the call for RD Leader for Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) under the program: “Strengthening the Research and Development Capabilities of the Faculty and Researchers of the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology: Towards Becoming a ls Innovation Research and Development Hub”

Qualifications of the RD Leader:

• He/She must have at least 10 years of professional research experience in the fields of engineering, physics, and other related fields.

• Preferably with a Ph.D. in any of the abovementioned and/or other related fields.

• Expertise in machinery design, development, and innovation will be highly preferred.

• Must have a consistent track record of scientific outputs in the last 10 years, a record of securing intellectual properties will be highly preferred.

• Must have at least 5 years of research administration and/or management experience in a managerial (or equivalent) role or higher.

• Must have a great facilitation, presentation, and communication skills as supported by extensive teaching background and experience as lecturer and/or resource speaker.

• Must be able and willing to travel to NEUST as needed to carry out the necessary activities and deliverables (as needed and allowed by current mobility/travel restrictions).

• Must be knowledgeable in using various online platforms to conduct activities related to the engagement in case face-to-face interaction is restricted/limited.

• Must have no accountability with DOST and/or previous employer/s.

• Must be in good health, able and willing to travel to the institution as needed to carry out engagement-related activities.

• Must be PhilGEPS-registered as individual consultant.

• Preferably from the same province / region as NEUST for ease of conducting face to face engagement-related activities as may be allowed.
