One (1) Year Firewall Software Subion Support for Epoque Net Access: 1 LOT

Technical Requirements:

I. Purpose:

The purpose of procuring one (1) lot of renewal of firewall software support used to access Epoque Net by BOP will ensure that existing software is up-to-date against new releases or bug fixes and provide technical support in case of hardware and/or software problems.

II. Scope of Subion:

Subion support for Check Point 1490 security appliance, which includes the following:

• One year software updates and upgrades

• One year hardware warranty

• Provide unlimited phone and email support during normal business hours with 4 hours response time.

III. Service Provider Requirements:

The Service Provider must have the following qualifications in providing the necessary services required by IPOPHL:

• Service Provider must be authorized by the software manufacturer as Four Star Partner and Certified Collaborative Support Partner or equivalent. Photocopy of the latest certification from a software manufacturer should be submitted. Failure to submit such a document is ground for disqualification.

• Service Providers must have at least Three Certified Security Expert (CCSE ) who are regular and locally d

employees of the Service Provider and must be certified and trained by the software manufacturer. Photocopy of the certifications should be submitted. A certification from the HR or Admin Officer of the company stating that these employees are currently employed to the company should also be submitted.

• Service Providers must have support services available 24x7 via phone or e mail with a response time of 4 hours. Procedures on support and problem escalation should be submitted.

• Service provider must be an Appliance Collaborative Enterprise Support Provider (ACE) partner in order to provide the onsite hardware replacement. ACE is certified and trained to offer and deliver hour/Next Business Day on-site replacement service on the manufacturer's appliances. Photocopy of the said certification from the manufacturer should be submitted. Failure to submit such a document is ground for disqualification.

IV. Contract Term:

• One (1) year from the date of confirmation of Notice to Proceed.

V. Delivery:

• Delivery of Subion Certificate is 30 days after confirmation of Notice to Proceed.

VI. Terms of Payment:

• Payment will be mad e 30 days upon submission of Subion Certificate duly acknowledged and accepted by MIS.
