The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ISULAN, applied a loan in the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION PESOS 250,000,000.00 FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF FOUR STOREY MUNICIPAL HALL WITH ROOFDECK being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. (Note: Early Procurement Activities). The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ISULAN now invites bid for DESIGN AND BUILD OF FOUR STOREY MUNICIPAL HALL WITH ROOFDECK1(REBID). Completion of the Works required is 548 CD after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed, details as follows; Activity Completion of Work Design Component (preparation of Detailed Architectural, Interior Design and Engineering, presentation and approvals, permit acquisition) 60 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed Construction Component including post construction evaluation, testing and commissioning 548 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Construct Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on upon payment of non-refundable fee as stated above. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ISULAN reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
