Other Information

For all Suppliers, the two (2) envelope system will be followed. The first envelope shall contain the following eligibility documents: Certified Copy of G-EPS Registration Certificate, Mayor's Permit, DTI and Tax Clearance. The second envelope which will contain the quotation shall only be opened after the first is declared complying.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect contained therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
