Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the creation of an outdoor play area at the Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre, Barker Rd, Maidstone ME16 8SF. The works required are outlined in the specification document which accompanies this ITT, and will consist of the creation of a design for the new play area, engagement with local children to develop and finalise the design post tender award, and then the installation of the equipment. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: Monday 12th April 2021 of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Monday 3rd May 2021 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Monday 10th May 2021 Evaluation: w/c 10th May Appointment of contractor: w/c 24th May 2021
