⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The information processing center system of Kyoto University of Education should support the education and research of this university. It is d on a virtual environment infrastructure system, a client system, a network system. And it must be composed from a computing system for education and research, a library information system, an office information system and a network service system.

B The education and research system must have facilities for many kinds of ICT education to many students using the client system.

C The library information system must contain library information service and technical service system supporting information system.

D The office information system must provide operational efficiency and high security.

E The network service system must support e-mail, web and education services in the university.

F All system must be built on the virtual environment infrastructure system and connected by a network system with high-speed communication of 10 Gigabit.
